My family loves coucous. My husband usually adds green onions or tomatoes. I love it with fish or chicken. You have another great weekly menu!

Impossible pie? Sounds intriguing.

I have added a link to the Impossible pie recipe for people who are unfamiliar with it. It's similar to a quiche, and the flour settles to form a sort of pastry. Very quick and easy to make!

I make impossible pie all the time. It's my type of quiche - no having to make pastry (my pet hate).

Love your weekly menu. I don't know how you have the energy to cook all those fabulous meals. We have homemade pizza or frittata many a night these days. You impress me greatly.

Sounds great! Will you please tell me how to make the sweet potato and lentil patties?

Great menu--wow--I've never heard of lentil patties and I have never eaten lamb!
