Menu Plan Monday


Monday: Marinated chicken thigh fillets, mashed pumpkin, beans and carrots


Tuesday: Pasta with a creamy artichoke and tomato sauce


Wednesday: Pumpkin pizzzas


Thursday: Spaghetti Bolognaise


We are spending the Australia Day long weekend with family, visiting one of the brand new babies that arrived this week, so no menu plan.


Sunday: Frozen dinners.

Your week sounds great! The pasta on Tuesday sounds really good...my boys would pass out if they had to eat anything with artichoke...I need to figure out how to hide it! Thanks for sharing!!

Here, here! I need to get my children to eat more veg other than peas, carrots etc. I'll try artichoke when I can find it!
